"Good stay overall. Although there was a bit of an effort missing from the staff. Nothing rude or anything, just a bit of a lack of attention to small things."

"This is an amazing hotel absolutely beautiful and very clean, it has some amazing facilities it is located in a very nice area. We had a slight issue with our luggage and the concierge never put our suitcase in the car and we didn’t realise until we got to Lahore which I feel was the fault of the hotel but I had to bare the cost of it being delivered to me"
