"I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. "My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week"
