"Poor customer service. The lady in the front was a bit rude and didn’t made an effort to get us a luggage rack and told us we had to wait an hour to get the cookies. Then I approached a gentleman and he immediately brought us the cookies and the other the luggage rack. We enjoyed that the ocean is very close to hotel and didn’t have to walk much. Also there’s a nice restaurant facing the beach and a guitarist playing."

"The staff was excellent and super helpful! However, we stayed in a suite and it faced the highway (6 lanes) and the noise transference was fairly high. I'm guessing these are the original windows with the building but these need to be replaced. We've stayed in this hotel before multiple times in a room which doesn't face the property and the noise wasn't an issue."

"The hotel building was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were dated and the bed was uncomfortable. My expectation with Autograph hotels is that they should be above standard. This one was below standard, in my opinion. I’ve had nicer rooms with better in room amenities at a Red Roof. The TV brought be back to the 90s. No streaming capability and only 15ish live channels to choose from. The guide was a scrolling guide- nothing I could go through on my own. I haven’t seen the scrolling...
