"J'avais tout payé à l'avance et quand je suis arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la 2eme nuit. J'ai dû appeler expedia qui a bien pris en charge le problème mais l'hôtel a été incapable de me donner un reçu comme quoi tout était bien payé. Chambre propre pas de petit dej"

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"Very nice hotel. All the rooms seem to have an excellent view. Rooms are very large and clean. In room coffee was good. No coffee in the lobby though. The pool outside was great."
