I loved the staff, very friendly. They switched our room to a river view which was great. Breakfast was not excellent but decent I guess. Our room’s bathroom sink had some black mold come up the pipes when we used it. Linen was clean and the beds were decent but not excellent. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean and spacious. Rooms were nice, but if you end up in a handicapped room, just be aware that it will be noisy since you are on the main floor, and right next to the elevator. Nice big gathering areas to bring food into the hotel at night, we loved the hot chocolate bar at all times.

We had an exceptional stay in Island Park. The Young Man " Reeves" was working the bar and in house restaurant , Reeves made us an amazing meal, the presentation was 1st class, the flavors were perfect, and Reeves had the best attitude one could ask for , A great experience .
