"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "

"We got a family room. Excellent space, enough and comfortable beds. Easy check in. I did it on line. Service was superb. We asked for supplies and they will come within 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good, with great variety of food and drinks. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel looks very new, great location near Atocha train station. Not far from El Retiro nor Madrid’s old district and the Prado Museum. Room was small, but for 2 people, it was adequate. WIFI worked very well. The hotel was built with great attention to detail, nice looking floors, different wall finishes, nice bathroom w a walk in shower, a towel electric drying rack, AC was perfect! "The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"Room was modern, spacious and comfortable, kept clean on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to Getafe Centro (metro and rail). Hotel is set back from the main roads, so quiet. A pleasant stay."
