"The staff were professional and helpful. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and still decorated for Christmas. Our room was also warm with no temperature control. The ceiling fan did not work the 2nd night. Drain in the shower was blocked and shower water backed up into the apartment. Pool was closed for repairs."

"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "
