"Stayed just for one night. Only a few minutes walk from Atocha Train Station, suited for my overnight stay, having an early train ride the following day. Hotel property is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Had breakfast before I left , for £12 , for me a good value for a breakfast buffet. You can walk from here going to Retiro Park to pass the time before being able to check -in a three. And also going to Madrid Centro is fast by taking Metro 3 , will only take about five...

"The place was okay, clean but outdated. The bathroom was good and updated. The biggest downside for me is the location. It’s in a somewhat poor neighborhood where you see lots of dogs poops all over the sidewalks as well trash in the street. "

"Good modern hostel near to train station. We had good sleep there the room were very comfortable with good air conditioning. No breakfast but there’s a small restaurant open at 7am just around the corner. "

"Leuk en proper verblijf met groot terras, alleen de buurt is niet zo fijn om tijdens de avond rond te lopen. Metro op 300m is ook een pluspunt. Alleen jammer dat we de laatste nacht het zonder stroom moesten doen door een panne in de straat maar daar kunnen ze bij het verblijf weinig aan doen."

"Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee."

"I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. "Staffless hotel so no welcome, no amenities at all - Travelling for business and this is certainly not a hotel to stay in for this purpose. No access to food or drink apart from a vending machine and limited local options. Part of the hotel seems to have permanent residents - music playing loudly until late. Unsatisfactory for the price charged."

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio.
