"Hotel was fine, but our dinner was a disaster! I was served a beef fillet that was clearly off. No apology from the staff or management."

"Room clean but in need of a paint touch up and carpet cleaning. Lift broken on arrival day. Property can use a refreshing. Room view was as pictured on site. Bedding very comfortable. Suggest two luggage racks. Appears others have used and scratched the cocktail table. Breakfast was well done, dinner needs to be booked - do so before arrival if an early time is required. Would be nice to have tablecloths at dinner. Bar made a good cocktail. Great location."

"Absolutely stunning place!!! The rooms are huge, the property itself is simply breath taking. Staff are the best!!! A must-stay when visiting the highlands."

"Small rooms and I did not know how to get some cool air into the space. Great management. Great bar in the place with incredible music. Works for a night. Would be hard for me to make it work longer."

"This is literally the nicest property we have stayed at during our 2 week Scotland trip."

"We had no issues with the property! We might have liked to know when booking that there is a bar and restaurant on site as we had dinner before we arrived! Breakfast was a full meal and we had choices so very good! Room and bed was good and clean!"

The parking which was at a public viewing point was up a steep hill about 400 meters away. The bathroom was not cleaned well with unpleasant marks in the toilet, dusty bin lids etc. cobwebs and dirt on window. House was run down and very outdated. Walk into town was about 12 minutes down steep...

"Very unclean and outdated. Very dingy as well with horrible smells of cheap air fresheners everywhere and window in room didn’t open either. Stay elsewhere."

"Beautiful scenery in a classy castle like hotel!!"

"Our stay at Invercreran Lodge was the most luxurious stay of our entire trip to Scotland. My biggest regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the lodge. Upon entering the entire place has a signature smell that makes you feel comforted. Plush carpet in the bedroom, 5 star amenities in the bathroom and every detail meticulously thought out. Plenty of outlets right next to the nightstands, black out curtains that are truly blackout, a dyson fan for added air flow (and white noise) and even...
