"The spa was amazing!"

"Room grimy and dirty. Desk was sticky and stained. Needed to wash before putting things down. Walls had things spilled and old stains all over. The walls in the halls near elevator were covered in dirt and fingerprints. All the trim and woodwork is so tired and has been painted over dozens of time. Bed was comfortable despite sheets being stiff. A lot of money between cost to park and room for a less than cleanly place to stay. "

"Absolutely loved this place. Welcoming the minute you walk in the door. Pool was a little cold but it was beautiful and there was a smaller one that was warmer. Hot tub was a little noisy with the pipes or something but it was still nice and hot. Had some drinks at the bar which were fine had a hamburger that was delicious. Our room was beautiful and had a very spacious bathroom and bathtub. Had a beautiful view of the harbor. We were celebrating our anniversary and this place did not...

"An absolutely lovely hotel in all regards other than the street noise. The location, rooms, staff, design are all first rate. The street noise through the single pane windows makes it seem like you are on 2nd Avenue in NYC. They can’t change them due to the historic nature and they do try to mitigate with white noise machines, but still very noisy. So bring your ear plugs and enjoy the lovely, lovely hotel"
