"One of the more beautiful hotels that I've been to. The hotel staff are great, the dinner and free breakfast were fantastic and it's located right on the water which provides stunning views. I would absolutely come back here again"

"We had a lovely two night stay at the Sligachan Hotel. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy with good pillows, and the rain shower feature in the bathroom was wonderful! We had a nice view of the water from our window. The bar next door, Seumas' Bar had an excellent selection of whiskey, a very nice dinner menu. The sea bass was fabulous and the honey cake dessert was divine. We would like to especially thank Mariam at the front desk for being so kind and helpful during our stay. "

"One of the best Scottish full breakfast meals of our holiday. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early. We had room#8 and from the minute I walked in, I started sneezing and my eyes would water up and get congested. Fortunately we weren't in the room much but I barely got any sleep due to tossing and turning. Finally after three of our four nights we had to leave. "Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! "Room was cozy and quaint. We came in late and left early so didn't get to really do much. But staff was nice. The area was beautiful. Theres a cute market/foodtruck kinda set up on the right side of the building. Had an amazing brakfast there, and met some lovely locals who talked to us about the area. Parking was SHYTE lol, but we managed :) "

"Area of Harrapool was lovely and quiet. There was a co-op near by which was great being in a cabin with cooking facilities. The market close by was nice to visit for little gifts to bring home from local makers. The cabins themselves were immaculate and couldn’t fault the staff that we had interactions with. Was about a 30 minute drive from Portree. "

"Great hotel, with a beautiful property. The building is a bit dated and a few more reasonable dining options would be welcomed. There is only a fine dinning restaurant on the property. But overall a good stay."
