"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."

Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado"

"This is one of the nicer hotels in San Andrés. It is not beachfront, but the beach is only a short walk away, which makes the location convenient. The staff was kind, and the breakfast buffet was good. Those were definitely positive parts of the stay. That said, the hotel needs better maintenance and stronger attention to detail. The rooms did not feel as well cared for as expected. The bed bases were dirty, and we rented a suite that was missing one of the glass shower doors, so water came...

"The hotel itself was lovely, and overall I enjoyed my stay. However, I felt the online photos were somewhat misleading. I paid for two balcony rooms with ocean views, but neither room had the full ocean view that was advertised. Instead, both rooms only offered a partial view of the ocean. Considering the amount of money I spent on two rooms, I did not feel the accommodations justified the price. My other complaint is the elevator situation. There is only one elevator for the entire property,...

"The property has roaches and ants. The bathrooms and toilets was dirty. The service of the staff was excellent. they tried to help me. They switched the room. but the owner needs to fumigate this hotel. The hallways at night were dark no lights working."

"For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island."

"Staff was fantastic. Rented a moped from a friend of front desk girl and it was a game changer! $45/day gave us independence and mobility to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Azure is north of the airport which gave us quiet nights and a sense that we weren’t in an urban area while still being only a 5 min ride to everything"
