"I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof.
They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner.
The breakfast buffet is phenomenal.
The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered.
The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma."
