"From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday."

"We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!"

"Great communication through Sevy who organised a taxi for us both ways (€75) arrived around midnight to be greeted by the wonderful Giannis who goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. Giannis is there at midnight and also early in a morning, he’s amazing. Room is new and very clean , we went for the upper room as no availability for the lower rooms. "Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium...

"The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details."

"Nice, cosy pool area! We really enjoyed our stay. Little bit far from the town, but we had a rental car for the whole week, so that didn’t matter us. Super nice sandy beach nearby, crystal clear wather, good for snorkeling (lot on fish near beakwater). Basic breakfast and very good food at the restaurant/bar. Areas best frappes! Great staff! If you want to go sleep early (before midnight) it’s better to use earplugs, cause music from the bar reach the room. Thanks a lot!"

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...

"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....
