"Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes grosses sauberes Zimmer in einem ausgesprochenem ruhigen Ambiente mit tollem Blick auf den See, sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schade, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, was leider auf der Webseite nicht angegezeigt wurde.Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt durch eine sehr enge Gasse, etwas herausfordernd für grössere PKWs, sollte unbedingt berücksichtigt werden."

"The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli...

"Struttura da evitare, stanze sporche, bagno sporco con un bel verme morto, coperta piena di macchie rosse, pavimenti luridi con polvere e ragnatele, un luogo abbandonato a se stesso, talmente nauseati che abbiamo preferito non fare colazione e andare via prestissimo. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...
