Parking convenient but need download parking app to pay. a bit difficult to find the location. google map a bit lost. surrounding no food. but according to friendly indian lady, walking distance about 10-15 mins got a few indian restaurants. we decided to call for delivery for breakfast. grab pay about RM15 to KSL. so u roughly know the distance. "The most horrible experience I ever had. Inaccurate address given and we had to literally drag the luggages with elderly and children and walked for more than 500m in the rain. Should have just given 10A tower Royal Strand.
Second inaccurate process was given. The guardhouse insisted QR code to be shown before allowing to enter to get the access card from the mailbox. We spent 1.5 hrs pleading with the non English speaking guard.
