Unit: Very clean.
Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts.
Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"The most horrible experience I ever had. Inaccurate address given and we had to literally drag the luggages with elderly and children and walked for more than 500m in the rain. Should have just given 10A tower Royal Strand.
Second inaccurate process was given. The guardhouse insisted QR code to be shown before allowing to enter to get the access card from the mailbox. We spent 1.5 hrs pleading with the non English speaking guard.
Poor maintenance of the condo with poor hygiene. Hand found in...
