"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "I had a brilliant very last minute stay at the Gran Sagitario after needing to stay in Menorca unexpectedly. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the food and facilities are excellent.
