We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere."

"Very nice boutique hotel with a nice breakfast buffet (for an extra cost of €15 each per day). We were there in late May, so the only complaint I had was with a long days there is daylight until 11 PM and the door to the bathroom, which is opaque, allows sunlight to come in from the bathroom window. The hotel was located about a block and a half from where the airport bus can drop you off or pick you up. It’s a bargain at five euros for a one-way trip."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Only You Hotel Atocha! A great location, just steps away from the Atocha metro station, and a short walk to Retiro Park. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit and leading up to it as well - our flight was scheduled to arrive after the check in window and they were very helpful with this. The room was great, with air conditioning and free wifi, a TV, nice bathroom, vanity, and a balcony. Be aware that there is construction going on outside...
