Breakfast was disappointing. Not huge not a huge choice

"Lovely room in a wonderful hotel that is very well located and with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a shame that the spa operated on a segregated basis with different hours for men and women. We did however enjoy have a good hamman and massage as a couple in another nearby hotel."

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...

"Large room, comfortable bed, good location in old town, good selection of food at breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. Room for improvement - male working in restaurant clearing tables at breakfast has really bad hygiene. Recommendation - mention to guests to book trips via reception desk as we booked online using leaflet handed to us on check in and had issues. Luckily reception staff helped us as although we had booking confirmation, travel company didn’t arrive to collect us."

"Staff were amazing, clean rooms and very good location. Spa was really nice.
The swimming was too cold so we couldn’t use it- warming it slightly would have helped. The breakfast had limited choices and also the room had such a heavy door that every time you opened and closed it made a loud noise. There are no activities for children so they were very bored and most annoying music is on between 8am and past 10pm! I had to ask them to switch music off at 10:15pm.
There was no one sitting in the...
