Through Expedia this hotel offers “Pay on Arrival” but then later the hotel sends a message requiring some partial prepayment or reservation will be cancelled. However, at this point there is no convenient way to prepay as over the phone payment and payment through Expedia not possible. For us it was very stressful and inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel should not offer “Pay on Arrival” through booking websites.

Reception guy came to my room with a credit card machine and took 3 times more money than normal. I couldn't believe it was at Hilton. I complained but always they have answers.

Great staff, excellent service. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores
Kapalı otopark hizmeti olması ayrıcalık, resepsiyon hizmetleri ilgili ve güleryüzlü, sabah kahvaltısı çeşit açısından başarılı ve lezzetli, akşam yemeğinde sunulan set menü lezzetli, havuz suyu temiz ve su sıcaklığı kış ayları için yeterli, spor salonu küçük ama yeterli, odalar konforlu, geniş ve dışarıdaki yoğun trafiğe rağmen ses yalıtımı başarılı. Ayrıca otel içerisinde Güvenlik hizmetlerinin varlığını hissetmek rahatlığı artırıyor.
Overall was very good, swimming pool and gym very clean and was perfect for my three children. Breakfast has reasonable varieties. Onething i wasn't aware off kids breakfast was additional charge as i already paid for room and breakfast. But upon check-in i was told children breakfast not included .. for three days cost me roughly 80 euro
