My room wasn’t clean but then they let me check in. The toilet had been used and was very dirty. The taxi driver they got for me robbed me charged my card 530 lira yet they had agreed on 400. He refused to give me back my money and drove away

Das Frühstück im Hotel und die Lage waren recht gut. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die Qualität der Austattung sind sehr schlecht. Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht, in einem gab es im Badezimmer sehr viel Schimmel an der Decke!

It was overall acceptable The room are very small and not enough space for moving The staff personnel are not much warm The quality of food are good but not much of variety , there is limited choices Good place in sultanahmet , basically for shoppIngs .

People who work at the hotel are very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, the restaurant is clean and has excellent selection of food.

朝食はよかったです

旅行最終日に空港への地下鉄に近め（と思った） ＆お値段との相談の上でこちらに1泊しました 周辺は観光客エリアとは異なりローカルの人混みで大変賑やかです 地下鉄Aksaray駅からは思っていたより距離を感じました フロントではトルコらしく他客の割り込みによって 後回しにされて待たされることがあるものの、 日本人に対しては日本語で挨拶してくれたりと 一応フレンドリーではあります 利用しませんでしたがジムもあるようで、 フロントに言えば鍵を開けてくれるそうです 各階エレベーターホールの所に ウォーターサーバが設置してあり 冷水・熱湯を自由に利用できます 有料マッサージチェアなどもありました 部屋はカードキー方式でまあ綺麗でしたが、 シャワーの天井がカビカビだったり 所々古さが目につきました またゴミ箱に前客のゴミが入ったままでした 朝シャワーで水栓タップをお湯MAXまで回しても ぬるいのしか出ませんでした またシャワーのガラス壁に隙間があって シャワーから上がると水漏れで洗面室の床が ビショビショになってしまいました WIFIが、いちいちホテルのFacebookページに つながるのが若干イライラしました

Nice place

The room was ok,I wouldnt say 3 stars but close. The fridge was good to have in the room. Airconditioning brought cigarette smoke to the room from time to time. Very near of the mosque but because our window was not on the side of the street we didnt almost hear it at all +++ Very quiet. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. The hotel is between two stations, so if you go by public transportation, be ready to walk a little.

Flot hotel tæt på Aksaray st.

Meget flot hotel tæt på Laleli st. Værelserne er rene, fine i størrelsen men der var lidt støj uden for som generet en når man skulle sove. Hotelpersonalet er venlige, hjælpsomme og kan godt tale engelsk. Morgenmaden er god og varieret. Gode hotelfaciliteter men internettet var rigtig dårligt oppe i værelserne men i lobbyen var den fin nok. Kan helt klart anbefale den til andre. Den ligger ca. 10 min. gåafstand af Vezneciler metro st. og min end 10 min. gåafstand fra Aksaray tram station.

호텔 부유크 케반 이용 후기

호텔 객실과 서비스는 가격 대비 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 위치가 트램역과 메트로역에서 캐리어를 끌고 다니기엔 조금 멀다는점, 또 역에서 호텔까지 가는 길에 가구거리? 같은 것이 있는데 밤엔 여성 둘이 다니기엔 조금 무서운 점도 있었습니다. 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다.

Meget god hotel

Vi havde et godt ophold på hotellet. Værelserne var ok store, rene og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme og kunne snakke engelsk og lidt arabisk også. Der var bare lidt for meget støj udenfor som generede når man skulle sove. Hotellet ligger 10 min gåafstand fra Aksaray station og Vezneciler metro st. Morgenmaden var god og varierede.

i will Always stay in Buyuk Keban

I don't think I can stay in any hotel in Istanbul than Buyuk Keban, the metainance of the hotel when I was there in 2014 is still the same. The Receptionist and Concierge are always ready to help you. Neighbourhood is safe you can walk anytime at Night. The main reason why I liked Buyuk Keban is because of the Neatness and the Environment no odour like most hotel in Istanbul if is not 4 or 5 Star.

Perfect for a family

I loved everything about this hotel. If you are traveling with 2 kids like us, it was perfect. One bedroom with twin beds for the kids and a separate bedroom with a queen bed for a couple. Quite street in a safe area.

Happy with hotel

Staff service was always friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight, and although we were 6 hours earlier than check-in time they gave us the room we wanted and invited us to have breakfast. Rooms are small but adequate. The daily mopping of the room floor (uncarpeted) could have been better, otherwise the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. We enjoyed the salads and breads breakfast. Location is only 15 min walk from an easy Metro ride from the airport, and virtually on the tram route through the old town. We have used this hotel before, and would stay there again.
