It is good place to stay, rate is very competitive compare to other similar hotels, but furniture seems to worn out and because of high occupancy rate quantity of bed sheets need to be controlled. We had a lunch at the caffe in the lobby, quality of food was low but price was overcharged seems they ordered food delivered from nearby cafés. But food in the B block of the hotel at the Kuz Steakhouse was excellent, fresh and tasty.

Beautiful hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel is because of their “airport shuttle” service, “with surcharge” they said. That means that there are yellow taxis outside the hotel and you have to negotiate prices. Upon arrival, all of the staff was unfriendly. The room was ok - nothing special, definitely not as nice as the pictures. The bathroom was not great at all. The shower was so cramped, the doors would not close, and so the bathroom got flooded. Even the shower handle came off, and the water temperature spontaneously fluctuated between scorching hot and cold all by itself. Best part of the stay: nice clean sheets, the pool, and the buffet breakfast (for which you have to pay extra). By the way, if you need to change money, do it before you get to that hotel, because there is no possibility of doing it there, unless you take a taxi to a money exchange. Finally, the hotel is in tbe boondocks. Nothing picturesque nearby. No place to go without a taxi. Not a pretty part of Istanbul. A taxi to the hotel from the international airport costs between $60 - $100
