Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles gut erreichbar
Wir hatten ein Comfort - Zimmer mit 35qm ohne Fenster gebucht , bekamen jedoch ein behindertgerechtes Zimmer, die auch viel kleiner war als beschrieben. Unsere Probleme würden erstmal ignorier bis der Manager sich dann drum gekümmert hat und wir bekamen ein Standart- Zimmer. Alles in einem ist das ein gutes Hotel aber kein 4 Sterne wert . Frühstück war in Ordnung und die Zimmern würden täglich gereinigt . Für den Preis war das Hotel in Ordnung

Great location, closed to Cevahir Mall and public transport. Polite staff, clean rooms, good wifi signal.

I had 17 nights in a comfy room that was clean. Daily maid service, and friendly staff who were eager to help.

Worst experience
It's the worst hotel ever .the rooms are very small .not clean at all the rug full of food and hair .baby creb very old and damaged. The AC is too hot from morning until evening we are calling the front desk to help but they refused. The toilet very small and the water smile bad .the front desk ppl are care less.I asked them for paper clip .they told me if you want go outside and buy ! The break fast was OK not bad .the area is fine .over all I don't recommend it for any one .its not even 2 star hotel

Be aware for upfront demands at check-in
Overall a fine experience. All but 1 of the staffs I've been in contact with have been really nice. First of all I would like to say that I paid in full for the hotel online. I would recommend the hotel to avoid demanding 100 euros upfront from the guest in case of usage of the minibar at check-in. This made me feel uncomfortable, as I worried about being tricked into paying a higher amount. The refusal of this upfront payment made them lock the minibar when they showed me to my room. This also made it seem like a hotel who does not trust their guest.

Nice hotel, excellent location
Modern interior, clean room and bathroom. Staff is polite. Cevahirvis about 5 minutes walk, metro too. Large selection of dishes for breakfast.
