Неплохой отель. Правда сейчас он называется Sarnic West Hotel, т.к. сменился владелец и соответственно название. А Hotels.com об этом совершенно не в курсе. Есть свои недостатки: плохой слив воды в душе, сломанная дверца шкафчика в ванной. Но это мелочи. персонал доброжелательный, неплохо говорят по русски. Завтрак хороший. расположение отличное. Видела, что в отеле есть номера с маленькими окошками выходящими в коридор. Наверное если бы нам достался такой номер, то отзыв был бы не таким положительным.

We had a $300 pearl necklace missing from our room. When we returned home and checked our credit card they charged $400 more than our final bill was. They were suppose to pick us up at the airport. After traveling for 26 hours I spent 30 minutes before I found out they forgot to pick us up. Toilet seat had about 20% missing. It's a good thing I had a roll of electrical tape to hold the shower head up.

Cheap, great position and ...... nothing else!

Ottima posizione, proprio dietro la moschea blu, colazione a buffet pessima e povera, la stanza dove siamo stati noi, non c'era neanche posto x le valigie e con luci non funzionanti nel bagno (abbiamo usato la luce del cellulare!!) Servizio di shuttle piu costoso del taxi!!!!

Pequeño pero cómodo y bien ubicado

En las fotos las habitaciones se ven grandes pero realmente son muy pequeñas. Sin embargo, la habitación es cómoda para máximo 2 personas y cumple con el objetivo de solo llegar a dormir. Cuenta con un minibar, cama matrimonial, TV, Baño con agua caliente y aire acondicionado. El hotel esta a unas cuantas cuadras de la Plaza Sultán Ahmet, donde esta la Mezquita Azul y la Mezquita de Santa Sofía, se puede llegar caminando sin mayor problema. De igual manera se encuentra relativamente cerca el Gran Bazar, solo tienen que caminar unos 25 o 30 mins desde el hotel.

It's OK if you just need a place to crash.

I only stayed here for one night on a stop over to head to central turkey. The location is good. About a five minute walk to blue mosque through a nice little bazaar. I've traveled extensively and have stayed at some bad places and don't consider myself picky by any means, so I believe this review to be fair. The room was smaller than my walk in closet at home. The hotel is very dark inside and in a severe need of some remodeling. The bathroom looked a little dirty and barely enough room to move around. The photos on line are fooling. I didn't pay a lot of money, I think maybe 40 bucks to stay here, so you get what you pay for. I essentially was there just to crash an spent very little time there. So if your are traveling on the cheap, don't mind the conditions and don't intend to spend time in your room except to shower and sleep, it's OK, but I can't say I would go back.

Hotel is clean, comfortable bed, with a small fridge but very small space in the room. It is located near to Blue Mosque in a very safe area. Breakfast was included, and it was good. However, when I checked out, they charged me extra for juices in breakfast.

Das Zimmer war klein und eng aber sauber. Das Bad roch muffig und die Armaturen waren locker. Man kommt zu Fuß zu den historischen Sehenswürdigkeit wie Hagia Sophia usw. was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Personal war hilfreich. Breakfast war okey..

l'hotel était bien situé,à 3mins de marche.L'hôtel dans l ensemble était propre.le ménage de la chambre est fait tous les jours,le personnel est agréable et serviable rien à redire!les seuls inconvénients se sont la chambre et le petit déjeuner:la chambre est trés petite(mais pour notre cas cela n'était important puisque l on rentrait uniquement la nuit)petit déjeuner n est pas assez varié(cela est bien dommage.)

Das Hotel liegt an guter Lage. Das Servicepersonal ist top! Sehr freundlich! So macht übernachten Spass. Jedoch sind die Zimmer etwas klein geraten. Für einen Kurzurlaub reicht es aber vollkommen.

Pleasant stay, few things could improve :-)

I will summarize my experience in few plus and minuses: + Clean room, sheets and towels changed daily etc + Good location, if you want to stay in the most turistic area of Istanbul: Sultanahmet (it's also one of the safest as far as I understood, but be aware of taxis, they cheat a lot. Google "taxi istanbul cheat" and read, or what is written there will happen to you as it happened to me :-) + Friendly staff that did speak English (two of them at least, at least one was always available) - Small rooms (like everywhere in Sultanahmet for this class of hotel I suppose) - Slightly broken toilet cover - I want to complain about a small episode involving the staff :-) I kindly asked them to recharge 20 TL on my avea (turkish cellphone account) number, me providing the money or the credit card of course, since I coudn't understand anything in the Turkish website. The guy refused to help me and gave me as a reason the fact that he uses Turkcell and not Avea. What silly reason can this ever be?

For the price paid (less than half of rack rate) room was a great bargain. Nice staff, great location, well-appointed room if a bit on the small side. Only problem was woke up early from people banginng around in a neighboring room. Other than that a nice hotel for the money.

The best part of the hotel is the reception, the gentleman in the front desk is very polite and very helpful, The room is small but if you want a clean place and just to sleep, its good ! The only thing i did not like at all was the breakfast, very poor ! better to plan your meal out !

Pour un petit sejour

Nous avons ete bien accueillis. L'hotel est tres bien situe, a quelques pas de la mosquee bleue. Par contre, les chambres sont tres bruyantes, des 7h30 du matin les femmes de chambres n'hesitent pas a faire du bruit dans les couloirs... La douche est correcte, un coup chaud, un coup froid. Les draps sont propres et les serviettes aussi.
