The hotel is very bad ,I booked it because they mention they had a babysitter facility when I ask they said no , also the food is very very bad , breakfast is very poor , the swimming pool only open morning till 12 abs then 7 clock when my kids go to sleep ,the hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed at Istanbul

This is a beautiful hotel with first- class service near the center of the city. The food is excellent, the presentation is great., and the prices are very reasonable.

Both of the shower head were broken. In jacuzzi it was leaking water and other one was making sound. When I asked for room service to clean my room and change sheets he didn’t and later that day I asked why and he said his manager told him I will be check out today. But I had one more night to stay. They don’t even know how many day their guest is staying..

So the guy at night lied about upgrading me, which was weird because they seemed to have a lot of rooms available. I actually got a lowest rung room, kinda dated, with a view of a tractor doing construction 7 floors down, it was in a business area. I didn’t pay much and the room service was almost instant, the food was ok and all but one of the staff were extremely helpful and responsive especially the manager Goktas the next day. Basically got what I paid for.

I ll liked the hotel and location since this was next door to my workplace. Less than a minute walk. Also the property is luxurious. But if you are in Istanbul on Tourism, don't even consider staying here. Not worth the money and pain. The traffic to get to this spot(beykoz) is horrible. Sometimes can take up to 2 hours from the city center. The housekeeping and mini bar is inconsistent and not well trained. The sometimes remove cups and glasses but never replace with new ones. 17 it of the 27 days of stay was annoying and noisy. The road construction was so loud and disturbing. The rooms were not greatly soundproofed Last but not the least, have a translator handy on your smartphone. Many of the staff don't even know a word of another language. In my 27 days there I only met 3 or 4 of their staff who even understood English Or learn Turkish before checking in. Haha
