There was no WiFi for one thing. Then when I got to my room the door was just open, and I realized the room key didn’t open the door. I asked for help and the employee came up and couldn’t get the key to work either. He ended up breaking in the room with the card by sliding it between the door and the frame. He laughed and made a jokey like “shh” with his finger to his mouth. I said well I need this to lock obviously?… and he said sorry this is our last room. I asked how I was supposed to leave when I can’t even get in and he just said it’s fine and left. I’m not sure what that was even supposed to mean so I just shut the door and left since I needed food. I had to break myself in when I got back.
Then I slept and everything was okay, or so I thought. In the morning I was told by the employee that I am a very heavy sleeper because they had to come in my room last night and I didn’t wake up. Apparently the power went out or something and they had to enter my room for some reason?? But they knocked and I didn’t answer since I was asleep and they decided to just enter anyways against my knowledge? That honestly really freaked me out and I can’t believe it. This whole stay was a mess and although it was pretty clean and people were nice, I really didn’t appreciate all of the stuff I listed that happened. I contacted the property about this and they have not responded. so I’m leaving it as a review now in hopes something will change. I’d be hesitant to stay here.
