We checked in at short notice here after finding another nearby hotel unsuitable. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained; of particular note was a spacious shower with good water pressure and excellent aircon. Location is great for exploring the old town markets and there's an abundance of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is almost hidden in a tiny pedestrian street. The rooms are nice and quiet. The area is a very good option for Istanbul. However, beeakfast is a disappointment: limited choice and I compare with the same category of hotels in the city.

The staff are incredible. They made our stay comfortable. Still disappointed in the quality of the room -definitely not a deluxe room. And the bed was not a king sized bed. We advise the staff on our first night but no changes were made. The room needs an upgrade. The photo presented of the property was not accurate to what we found. The staff mentioned that there were some issues around renovation. We had to walk with our luggage to and from the location at check in and check out. But the staff were exceptional.

An exceptional stay in every way! The hotel is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The room was well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The strategic location is a huge plus, as it’s within walking distance of key attractions, which made my commute very easy. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort

Superb hotel with a great staff, excellent location right near the tram stop and in an interesting neighborhood. Room was very clean with excellent fixtures, plenty of sockets and usb ports and very quiet. This hotel is excellent for the price and well worth a visit. My experience with the Mercure brand is excellent everywhere.

Wonderful stay! Extremely clean and comfortable bed (I’m super picky on beds). Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and pleasant. They made our stay extra special because it was our 3 year anniversary. It is a good hotel in an easy access and historical area. The staff and the room were fine. The only recommendation I would make is to not have loud, thumping, soulless pop music assaulting the guests ears during breakfast at 06:30 in the morning. The classic breakfast room has a great ambiance that is destroyed when this trash takes over the room. Other than that, it is a good hotel. The staff are pretty attentive.

Super cool property with a neat history-in a 172 year old building. They kept neat features, but incorporated into it practical items like hanging hooks & high quality bathroom decor. Gorgeous view of mosque at night all lit-up and excellent area, super close (5 minute walk) to Eminou port for ferries plus metro station. Only 15 minute walk to Haifa Sophia and Blue Mosque! Excellent customer service at front desk also!! I really needed a referral to an important service and they gave me an invaluable recommendation. Much appreciated!

I would like to thank Mr. Khader and Mr. Mahsoum, for the great hospitality and there generous. This time I didn't feel good 😔. I will recommend this hotel for another but I wouldn't be a regular guest anymore 😞.
