"The property is in a wonderful location with magnificent Bosphorus views. I like the hotel very much and return many times. However there are items to improve: The stair carpet from lobby to the main dining room is threadbare and looks terrible. Why dont they replace it. The electrics in my room were faulty causing the lights to flash on and off at random. I also hate the music around the pool which is pumped out at high volume. Then in the evening the music from 16th floor roof bar thumps out and is audible in the rooms. I think the hotel has to work out if it is a 5 star luxury property or if it is trying to be a nightclub. The two are incompatible. The service around the pool is also completely overloaded when it is busy. Very slow and inattentive just because they are overrun with work. But overall it is a great property and I will still return, but they could do so much better."

"After doing so much research I decided on this hotel. I am glad I chose this hotel because it exceeded my expectations and above. We were 3 girls travelling alone and felt safe and at ease staying at this hotel. The area is very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I booked a room with lounge access but was disappointed as the food wasn’t great and did not have much choice especially for my daughter’s who had allergies. Though it was good for drinks only. The hotel even surprised me and my daughters by treating us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our special trip and the special occasions. Views from the 34th floor was stunning and beautiful skyline. I would definitely stay again here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Istanbul."

"Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view of Bosphorus. Amazing Spa, pool, Turkish Hamam and great roof top restaurant. You can easily spend a week just inside the hotel and be satisfied. The hotel located in the heart of Istanbul, you can easily walk to many touristic attractions and also have a short walk to the water front restaurants and stores. We loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Istanbul."

"There was a delay in getting a prearranged car to the airport. The manager immediately came downstairs and stayed there, making sure we left on time. Well done, excellent customer service! Perfect, safe location. One of the best views of the Bosporus"
