Great location in Beyoğlu, walking distance to Tophane tram, and Taksim Square metro (about 1.5 hours from the airport on the metro). Room was compact as you’d expect but nicely decorated. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. And Istanbul generally has a great and cheap public transport system to get around to other areas of the city (which is very expansive).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially loved the staff working there; they really made our stay more enjoyable. The main downside for us was the size of the room. It was very small, with barely enough space to open our luggage and organize or look for our belongings, which became quite difficult during an 8-day stay. The location is also worth considering. It’s not far from Taksim or İstiklal Caddesi, but getting there involves walking uphill, and the climb can be tiring, especially if you’re doing it several times a day. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable enough, and had genuinely lovely staff. If you don’t mind having a small room and are comfortable walking uphill to İstiklal, I would recommend it. However, if space is important to you or you prefer an easier, flatter walk to the main area, I would suggest looking for a larger hotel in a different location.

Great location. Clean and safe neighbourhood. Walkable to Taksim Square and the Galata Bridge and waterfront. Clean, beautiful room. High ceiling. Very nice bathroom. Water pressure is ok. Hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. Make sure it’s included or it’s 15€ per person.

This hotel is ideally located to be close to Istiklal Blvd, Karakoy ferry terminal, Galata Bridge, and many of the desirable tourist spots on the European side. You can walk to most of these locations or take the tram. The hotel is in a restored historic building and has all of the amenities one would need. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options for the international traveller. I will def be staying here again!

Great weekend stay

Great central location, but away from the ‘tourist’ spot. Clean (couldn’t fault it!), well-kept building, with friendly staff. If you’re looking for somewhere other than a branded name, give this place a try.
This was their ‘cosy’ double room.
Bathroom - might not be suitable if sharing with friends (due to privacy of glass)

Good staff, great services. Had an elevator in the hotel too, even though it was very small (one person at a time). Let me leave my luggages in the lobby after check out until my flight time for no additional charges. The location is very good too, close to istiklal street and Galata tower.

Stunning spot in the middle of the bustling centrum! Such a cute hotel with everything you need! Stylish, beautiful room and with the best service. Yes, it is a small hotel and you can hear stuff from your room - but nothing that bothered me!

The rooms are so nice and we had a great view. We didn't purposely find something that was on the water since we knew we were going to be playing an Istanbul that day. They let us keep our luggage there and even called a cab for us when we were late getting back to the airport since we had been out all day. They were great hosts and I would definitely recommend them. You need to stay on this part of town.
