Good but need some improvements ( room furniture dilapidated, kitchen cabinets empty you need to order each item you need and housekeeping not meet 5 start hotel standard ). Also, we try the breakfast buffet and the chef for omelette was mad and not respecting guests orders.

It was very disappointing experience, I have been in Rotana hotels before and was really very nice and clean; but sadly this hotel not how I expected from Rotana, it's not clean, service not good how it should be, the location on Expedia not correct because the hotel entrance in the other side, no entrance from the bridge so you have to drive around to arrive the entrance.

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, aber nicht makellos. Die Steckdosen funktionierten nicht alle und die Handtuchhalter sowie WC-Deckel waren nicht fest und sind während unseres Aufenthaltes abgefallen. Das Problem wurde jedoch schnell behoben. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Hotel war einfach großartig! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit – alles war absolut gepflegt, vom Zimmer bis hin zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und ruhig, sodass man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: frisch, abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We got a very dirty room with unsafe plugs sticking out in every room. We travel with kids so we rejected the room. The room goven to us after was in better cindition but also poor cleaning. There was an obvious long period of supervisial cleaning prior. Most corners were just disgusting. Other than hygiene, we absolutely enjoyed the view over the city from the 32nd floor. And the room was very spacious. We loved the 360° view and the bathroom windows! The breakfasy is very nice for sure.

Vi bodde där i 2 veckor , fick ett rum som personalen var inte så trevliga ..telefonen i vårt rum började funka först efter några dagar, när vi ringde och behövde hjälp så svarade ingen oss . Vi hade ett kök som saknade bestick, skålar och tallrikar mm. Kunde inte ge barnen kvällsmat . Deras personal behöver gå utbildning för och lära sig hur man behandlar sina gäster . Brist på socialkompetens.

Stay away from this hotel

The cleanliness of the hotel is one of the worst i have ever come across, i had to request every time for someone to clean properly, yet throughout the whole stay, only once was it cleaned to an acceptable level. Vaccuming does not seem to exist in this hotel and they do not understand what clean is! The swimming pool is cold, i changed rooms three times and the second room that i was given, the beds were about to break. I will not stay here ever again! Do not recommend, i feel the management and staff are not bothered about the hotel at all!
