Everytime i look a review i see mostly bad reviews so that you are aware, but i was mostly pleased with their been very professional. My standards were more than met: Late booking, perfect coordination with the transfer, extra help for booking a tour to downtown with little time. All at perfection.

Great stay. Was able to order in yummy food by way of reception. Helpful friendly staff. The walls are a little thin, so I recommend earplugs.

Although the room was clean and tidy there were things that let it down. Sheets and bedding all smell of smoke, very strong cigarette smell in the room but also kind of everywhere in Istanbul?? Towels had holes in it and walls are very thin, could hear everything and everyone. Would I go again, no! but for the price, what more can I expect. Staff were friendly

Clean and modern. It seems like its all new. The staff is wonderful, welcoming nad helpful. Its 15 minutes from the airport and they arranged my pickup and drop off. Very convenient.

I have no idea how this hotel even has 4 stars. It’s more like a hostel or boutique hotel. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night. It’s not anything nice or luxury and not a place for women. Never again. The staff is kind. The hotel is very run down and ghetto, way over priced for a ratchet hotel.

I dont know about other reviews but this hotel is dirty. It is very different from what is being advertise. The bedsheet had stains. They did not provide blankets. It was tucked away in the closet which also had stains. When I asked for new blankets, the receptionist gave me new sheets instead. I got hives after staying in this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!
