I loved staying at the Yeni Hotel! It’s a family business and the owners are super nice and welcoming, and my room was a modest size with a working AC. Plus, the location is unbeatable. Will stay again if I return

What I like was how kind the personnel is, I received a very good treatment. But I honestly consider that you don´t receive what you pay for. It is defenitely the cheapest in the area but just paying a little bit more you get a "hotel experience" place, this was definetely not since the installations and place is very ugly, old and not nice, not even an elevator in the building.

Location, location, location!
Great location and friendly staff! We arrived really late on the first night and there’s 24 hour reception so no problem checking in. It’s a looong old slog from the (European side) airport! You won’t find anywhere better this close to all the action and transport links in Istanbul. One tip - avoid the expensive eateries along the strip and head to Balkan Lokantasi. It’s an amazing deal for the location! As for the room, there were lots of windows so nice and light, tv, decent shower and bathroom. They also had secure luggage storage for our last day too.

The location of the hotel was excellent especially for the price. It was clean, no frills and comfortable. The staff are so nice. The restaurant attached (Chef Ramo’s) was very good as well. A lovely place to have Turkish coffee and breakfast in the morning. Staff there are amazing and friendly as well.

Ich fand das Hotel katastrophal. Kein essen. Kein Hygiene. Unfreundlich. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Konnte 7 tage lang nicht duschen keine neuen Handtücher.

立地が良く、とても便利な場所にあります。スタッフの方もとても親切にしてくださいました。滞在中特に問題はありませんでした。4連泊しましたが、部屋の掃除はなかったです。言えばやってくれるのかもしれませんが。コスパの良いホテルだと思います。

I didn’t like it at all. Its an old house. ▪️Sharing toilets ▪️the Electricity is gone daily and you have to wait 6-8 hours to get ut back ▪️sharing toilets and bathroom which is water flooding on the ground ▪️Birds inside the roof which you can’t sleep or rest ▪️No elevator 🛗 ▪️ the manager is rude and miser i remember one time i come in the dining room after i have done operation and the weather was hot i switched on the air conditioner the Manager came in after few minutes and switched off the air conditioner. ▪️The wifi is very bad But this hostel is located good place in the city Some of the stuff workers are nice 👍 except the boss

Hı Faatih,I am sorry but electricity was general problem in our street few weeks ago.Yes we don't have elevator and we have rooms with own bathroom or with shared bathroom.You maked reservation for single room with shared bathroom yourself (this room is cheapper).Sorry again...

Definitely returning!!
If you are looking for an affordable, cozy stay, strategically located near the train station, restaurants, shopping, and much more- this is it! Basic rooms with bed, desk, chair, AC, TV, and closet. Bathrooms and showers are shared. No elevators. Narrow staircases, yet clean, and well-maintained. The hotel needs a fresh coat of paint, but is well-managed and maintained daily by staff, who are very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. The place was safe and well worth it!

Freundliches Personal und super Lage
Das Hotel war sauber, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gibt einen Bahnhof und eine Straßebah Station in der Nähe. Der Hafen und die Fähren sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, aber das Zimmer im 2. Stock war gut erreichbar. Am letzten Tag gab es einen Stromausfall in der Straße, das Hotel hatte keine Schuld. Das Hotel war sehr hilfreich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Hotelgäste ihre Smartphones im Restaurant nebenan aufladen können. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen und es weiter empfehlen.
