Food was lovely, breakfast had lots of options but all were done to a very high quality. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Many of the Roxanich wines on sale by the glass in the bar which were very reasonably priced. Would love to return at some point!"

"This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."

"Kastel is in a very gorgeous spot. It was lovely to be staying there rather than having to hike up. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived late. It was also lovely to have a spa to visit and get a massage and then swim. Also the breakfast was quite good, even with vegetables."

"This very small hotel was in the heart of the beautiful town of Rovinj. The staff were great, helping us with a golf cart from bus and to ferry and carrying luggage up the two flights. The room was very small though well equipped. The air conditioning was marginal."

"Grundsätzlich für 3 Sterne sehr in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht allen Wünschen zu entsprechen. Die Zimmer wirken saniert, hier und da merkt man dass nicht alles zu hundert Prozent überarbeitet wurde aber ansonsten für 3 Sterne gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, bei unserem Aufenthalt hat eine größere Reisegruppe eingecheckt. Gefühlt war das Hotel auf diese Größe nicht ganz vorbereitet. Das zeigte sich deutlich and der Poolbar (1 Kellner, 1 Barkeeper) sowie bei Frühstück und...

"Beautiful and well-maintained property. We loved our six night stay. One concern way that the life vests on the ferry were locked in a container. If there was an emergency, that delay could cause a fatal accident. We believe the ferry service was a private company."
