Higiene do quarto deixou a desejar

Gostaria de relatar uma situação que encontrei ao chegar no quarto. Percebi que o lençol da cama aparentava não ter sido trocado, pois estava com diversos fios de cabelo, claramente de outra pessoa. Isso me causou bastante desconforto, considerando os padrões de higiene esperados em um hotel. Solicito, por gentileza, que providenciem a troca imediata da roupa de cama diariamente e reforcem a atenção com a limpeza e higienização dos quartos.

Bom o hotel é mediano, o problema foi que, os quartos voltados para a avenida, não possuem janelas com isolamento acústico, ou seja, são janelas simples que torna o descanso impraticável devido ao barulho da avenida. No café da manha, a atendente ainda estava com sono, prestatividade zero.

Ótima hospedagem Estação 101

Fico hospedado nesse hotel há mais de 20 anos, quando o nome ainda era Brusque Hotel Palace, muito bom, custo benefício é ótimo, extremamente limpo e cheiroso, a única coisa que deixa a desejar é que o restaurante do hotel à noite fecha muito cedo 21:30hs, poderia fechar mais tarde, visto que estamos a passeio e ficamos na rua até mais tarde. Pra mim é o único ponto negativo.

O pátio externo (estacionamento) é ótimo para um descanso, à sombra das árvores. Também gostei muito do sistema de controle dos chuveiros (ecológico: ajuda a poupar água, sem gasto desnecessário para a regulação da temperatura). A comodidade do restaurante no mesmo prédio do hotel é também um ponto positivo. Por outro lado, detestei os colchões: são grandes espumões moles que comprometem em muito um sono reparador (ao solicitar outros colchões, não nos foi oferecida alternativa).
