Hotel de praia sem serviço de praia. Primeiro hotel no mundo que fui que voce precisa pegar a cadeira e guarda-sol na recepção. É o pior é que você precisa levar com o teu carro até a praia que fica a 1km já que eles não tem serviço de leva e traz. Do resto, quartos reformados parcialmente, limpos e staff atenciosos. Não vale o valor da diária

Hotel impecavel , todos os funcionários sempre alegres e solicitos , não tive nenhum problema , eu e meus filhos amamos os tios da recreação , gostaria de deixar a minha alegria em especial com a atenção e carinho que tiveram com o Rafael ( meu filho mais novo ) ele ficou muito feliz e fala dos tios até agora ! Na piscina e no café da manhã teve uma mulher que não me recordo o nome, mas que fez a nossa hospedagem ser muito satisfatória, nos jantares em especial o Daniel , nos atendeu com muita atenção , estamos nos programando para nossa proxima hospedagem com.voves !

Dois pontos apenas que merecem atenção: Comida (buffet jantar) deixou a desejar... poucas opções de carnes e frutos do mar. Para não dizer ruim, digo HORRÍVEL!

Fui muitas vezes quando este era o Plaza Itapema. Os novos proprietários fizeram péssimas reformas onde não precisava e onde precisava mesmo (quartos) pouco fizeram. A ignorância é gigante que cercaram tudo e para qualquer lugar você precisa do cartão (chave). Ontem esqueci o cartão dentro do apartamento, não podia sair de carro, não podia chegar na recepção, não podia ir em lugar algum, fiquei realmente preso, e ainda sem ter um interfone para comunicar com a recepção, que por sinal você tem que descobrir que para chamar do telefone do quarto é*10, pois ninguém informou o número da recepção. Funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar e comida de péssima qualidade. Pra quem conheceu o Plaza Itapema, e conhece agora este "novo" hotel é uma decepção extrema. Posso retornar... Quando souber que mudou o dono!

Experiência muito boa.

Ótima estadia, o hotel é muito bom. Super recomendo, especialmente com crianças. O espaço da piscina externa é muito bom. A praia estava com o mar bastante agitado. Não recomendo para crianças pequenas. Mas a estrutura do hotel é muito boa.
