"Acredito que o hotel não atingiu minhas expectativas. Esperava um tipo de quarto e me colocaram em outro sem muita explicação. A explicação veio depois, mas já tinham nos colocado num quarto inferior. Eu e meu esposo não quisemos nos aborrecer, fomos para descansar, mas não volto."
