"This "hotel" or Guest house is not listed on Local search engines and any sites in Bishkek. A taxi/Yandex driver found it by address. It 's located in a remote area, far from anything, in the middle of construction sites, on a bumpy dirt road. It surrounded by a tall wall and you have to use an intercome ..."
