"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. "Our stay at the Mandeville was outstanding. The main reason for this was the concierge, Said. He helped me so much, especially with my wheelchair, recommendations, hailing taxis, and anticipating my needs as I am mobility challenged. He's worth the stay there! The rest of the staff was also efficient and friendly, the hotel is nicely located close to everything, and the room was very clean. I'll stay there anytime I'm in London!"

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "
