"The room itself was nicely decorated. The reason I only gave it an OK rating and not good, was because it advertised as having full, hot breakfasts included. It does not. It does not even have a coffee maker in the room, you have to cross the parking lot to the office to get a coffee in the morning. The hot breakfast is nonexistent, you only get a muffin and a granola bar as their breakfast. I felt it was misleading and not as advertised. So unfortunately, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast...

"Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress.
