Hotel Murah di Ivy

"The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service."

"Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms in the suite. Excellent amenities and great privacy. Quiet. Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! Stylish! All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable but their platform made...

"Great experience!"

"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."

"Front staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was great. Such a great location."

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."

"Breakfast was good, thestaff helpfull but the beds were ib bad conditions. You could feel the strings in bed"

"Location is excellent - rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and can use some updating ."

"In all honesty, the room seemed a little dusty, but it was quite well equipped. A vanity area just outside the bathroom had its own sink, which was convenient for us as a couple trying to get thru our morning ablutions & get out to tour about. The pool and the tiled outside seating area were rather elaborate, although (not being aa fan of chlorinated water) we did not avail ourselves of it. Parking was just a little distant, due to tenant volume, but the area seemed very quiet & safe, & ample...

"Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am."

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."
