"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login).
Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there.
Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there....

"BEWARE: You could be stranded after midnight outside the building - with no front desk manager to check in. No access to your room. No one to let you into the building. Fortunately, another guest let me into the lobby where I waited more than 30 minutes texting Sosuite for help. "I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "
