"Polite and helpful staff. Delicious dinner at their restaurant. You can walk to the plaza, churches, and museums. Make sure to bring your raincoat or umbrella. It's beautiful and full of history, both the hotel and the city. My bathroom was a little tight, but it worked for me. You can request a mini fridge according to what I read. I didn't need to do so since my stay was short. Lots of TV channels in Spanish and English. Don't miss Museo Amparo while you are in Puebla. It's a first-class museum for only 5 dollars."

"Todo muy bien en general pero lo que más me gustó fue que tienen empatía con las mascotas tienen una perrita que adoptaron de la calle es muy linda y tranquila ella siempre está a la entrada del hotel tiene su camita la cuidan y le dan de comer le dicen guardiana muy bien por eso y cuando vuelva a Puebla de seguro llegaré a hospedarme de nuevo ahí por el buen servicio y por supuesto para saludar a Guyana.
