"Staff was very nice. Room was clean. The food was just ok. If you wanted the food brought to your room, you had to go downstairs to order it. There was no way to contact the front desk unless you walked there yourself.
We were told we could do an early check in, but when we arrived our room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready.

"If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. "I arrived late night so i did not see the host. But as soon i entered the room had bad smell but ut was 11 pm and decided to go to sleep. Next day i told somebody and he called maintenant on the radio to fux the bad smell toulet was leakig.
