The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified

Our stay

Had a great service. They upgraded our room free of charge. We didnt ask. Staff friendly and helpful. The room had a mini bar with bira and soft drinks. Prices were reaonable and clearly advertised. They have a bar & restaurant but we didnt use it. There is parking by the hotel. The breakfast is good. Lots of choice.

Location is convenient but on busy highway so front of hotel is noisy if you want a quite night pick a room at the back. Breakfast is really good. One negative feedback is there is cigarette smell in the hallways and sometimes in the rooms. If no smoking policy is fully enforced that would be good.

I am a foreigner from Canada that does not speak any word in Turkish language. That being said the staff here at Avwan hotel has been really helpful in helping me with some staff speaking english and others trying their best with google translate. The hotel room was quiet and room service was really good also. I had a specific request about the washing of my clothes and everything was done accordingly :) Last but not least, I even had help with tickets and lift to go take the train to the airport in the morning so I could go back home. Thanks to all the staff for the tremendous help. Didn't know Turkish people were that kind and I am happy to know it now.

Positives and negatives...

Check-in was welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Proper crockery in our room. BUT Curtains in the room came off broken curtain rail. Dirty windows such that we could not see out in the morning sun. Only one menu tablet in the restaurant is definitely not enough. My evening meal arrived ok. My wife's evening meal was incorrect on arrival. Sent it back and an hour later no replacement meal had arrived. We put in a complaint but there was NOTHING put right, only excuses from the check-out desk even though they had read our complaint. This hotel is not living up to it's promises.

Ses Sorunu

Otelde ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü, diğer odaların kapıları açılıp kapanırken sanki bizim odamızı zorluyormuş gibi sesler geliyordu ve bu tedirgin ediciydi. Giriş yaptığımız gün resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok suratsızdı. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi arada bir duruyordu kendi kendine. Yukarıda saydığım şeyler dışında otelin soğutması çok iyi, odalar idare eder temizlikteydi ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Otelin konumu da gayet güzeldi, rahat ulaşılabiliyor.
