The rooms were extremely small (no room to open a suitcase) the wifi also does not work on the fourth floor. The air conditioning in the room was not strong at all, we would leave it on all day and the room was still not cold. Overall it’s an okey place to stay maybe just for a night but anything more would just be a hassle. Also there is no parking on the street, there is a parking place close by (2 min walk) but you have to pay for it daily

The hotel is very clean, rooms are great. No complaints at all about the hotel. It is as advertised. However - there is a nightclub/ restaurant next door that blasted their music until 6am. Nothing was mentioned about this - either by the hotel or even in the reviews which I found odd.

Wie bei Familie – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Mithras Hotel liegt zentral mitten in Alsancak – perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Schon beim Check-in an der Rezeption wurde ich von Frau Alev herzlich begrüßt. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Für die Sauberkeit meines Zimmers war Frau Gonca zuständig – sie hat alles stets makellos gehalten und war immer mit einem Lächeln da. Beide haben mich während meines Aufenthalts so herzlich betreut, dass ich mich wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt habe. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück frisch und lecker. Ein großes Dankeschön an Frau Alev und Frau Gonca – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!❤️

Next Door restaurant was open and loudly every weeknight until 2:00 a.m and the weekend until 4:00 a.m that is the only problem I had with the property I have nothing bad to say about anything else.

My partner was visiting from overseas, so I booked this hotel for the period from July 2 to July 5. The room and common areas were immaculately clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was noisy live music at the surrounding bars on Wednesday, the 2nd, which went on until 5 am, but obviously that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Hoş bir konaklamaydı

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi istediğimiz her yere kolayca ulaştık. Kaldığımız oda genel olarak gayet temiz ve güzeldi, giriş çıkışta personeller güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı çarşafların pek temiz olmamasıydı, yatağın örtüleri temiz kokuyordu ama üzerinde tek tük kıl ve saç vardı.

Kotu bir deneyim degildi fakat gorsellere aldanmayin, kucucuk odalar ve otel genel olarak. Kahvalti stabil hep ayni, ekstra gorsellerdeki gibi degil. Calisanlar guler yuzlu ve ilgiliydi, kendilerine tesekkur ederiz. Fakat gorselde gördüğümuzu goremedigimiz icin puan kirdim.

Kalınacak bir otel değil, asla bir daha uğramam. Sabaha kadar odada çalınıyor gibi gelen müzik sesi uyutmuyor. Kapılar kilitlenemedigi icin hiç güvenli degil. Kahvaltidaki urunler gerçekten cok kalitesiz, yandaki firina gittik aç kalmamak için. Üstelik aksam karşılamadaki adam da kötü niyetli paragöz bir tip. Sadece lokasyonu çarşıya çok yakın.
