The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. "The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience."

"Overall, the room was clean, easy to check in, and close parking. The photos online didn’t really match up with how the room was in person. There were also issues with the toilet not flushing and the front door not fully closing shut."

"The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management.
