"Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. The hotel suggested i contact Expedia and they would support a refund but without notice I didn't have any other last minute...

"The staff at the front desk were all amazing and very friendly and helpful. I liked having coffee or tea available any time of the day and night. I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't have enough staff to clean the room. After the first day they said I had to request it. (Which every other hotel I stayed at was automatic, so I was surprised about that.) They assured me the next day it would be cleaned. "There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend."
