"Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj Alhayat it is for the other one and the manager "
