"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Great that there were regular shuttles to the haram. The buses could have better sign posted but all in all a little wait always had a bus available. The food selection and availability was top notch. Really good stay."

"The only people that actually helped were the bellboy doing their job. Breakfast was good, not great location for haram access. Shuttle bus does not give flexibility. This hotel supposedly a 4 star hotel gave 1/2 star experience. Staff were not bilingual. Not welcoming or friendly. Rooms were not ready upon arrival. Waited hours. They eventually gave us the wrong rooms that we did not originally book and pay for. They tell us day after checking in; we have to move entirely due to ‘planned’...

"You don’t need to book in famous hotel. This hotel is enough on lower price"

"Le seul soucis ont a payer pour le service pour le petit déjeuner et il y en avait pas"

"All good, hanya saja belboy untuk membantu membawa koper kurang peka. Dan receptionist tidak membantu menginfokan perihal belboy"

Even the last room still smelled like sewage, but I didn’t even bother complaining again because I knew it would lead to another confrontation. The...

"1) I stayed at room 443 for 4 nights and my experience was horrible. We had water leak and i complained multiple times even i went down to talk to them in person but they were keep saying "OK" Eventually i had to submit complaint to Expedia Team and after that complaint they fixed everything in one hour and apologize and even offered free breakfast to us. My question to the hotel management is that this is how you guys treat Guests? Again the Room cleaning staff was good they were cooperative...

"Alhamdulilah, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel, the staff and the amenities. The Staff were utmost helpful towards us. We really enjoyed ourselves. The proximity to the Masjid Al Harem gate is really good considering the price paid for the hotel. Especially as I prefer being away from the Clock Tower complex. Ajyad Street has some really nice restaurants and shops available."

"Ikke langt unna fra Haramain 8-9km. Hotellet ligger sentralt. "

"فندق جميل وقريب من الحرم"
