"The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again."

"The location was convenient for our stay and what we needed. However, the seal under the door had a big gap and we experienced a lot of bugs within our room."

"States that it has a pool, but you don’t have access to it only residents do also whenever I got there there was no electricity until maybe about two hours after my arrival"

"The staff were all helpful and pleasant. However the hotel was dirty. It is old and needs a lot of refurbishing especially the carpets. It was very dirty. The hotel smells of cleaning solution. Breakfast however was decent. The pool was green it's almost the same color as algae. The pictures on the internet is different from reality. I give my review a 3 star because of the staff. They were all awesome."

"I reserved room for my husband with his CC, he arrived and they would not let him check in because I reserved the room and I was not there even through they could see his CC on file for the room. absolute BS, they did not offer to cancel reservation and check him in get a room without reservation having rooms available."
